Can I bring my plants in to be repotted?
The short answer is YES! We require appointments for repotting services other than when a plant is purchased and repotted immediately in store. Call or message us today to get started!
Returns
Can I return a plant I purchased?
All plant sales are final, although a plant whose health declines within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit at our discretion. Plant must show signs of unhealthy conditions beyond recuperation and at no fault of the customer’s care.
Can I return merchandise I have purchased?
Non-plant items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return items must be returned in the original state that you purchased them in with proof of purchase.
Online purchases
When will my order ship?
It typically takes us 1-3 business days to fulfill orders in the order they were received.
Live plants will only ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid plants being stuck in transit over the weekend!
How do I guarantee my plants live arrival?
We do our best to package each plant with exceptional care and quality. However, external factors such as adverse weather can affect our plants in-transit. By purchasing our "Winter Shipping Protection" we guarantee live-arrival of your plants and use additional heat packs and insulation.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

How do I track my online order?
Once your order ships, you should receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information.
Local Pickup
How does local pickup work?
Shop and place your order online, choosing "local pickup" as the shipping method when checking out. You'll get an email when it's ready to be picked up, and we ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. If you need more time for any reason, feel free to reach out to us!
Please note that if the order is not picked up within 3 days and other arrangements have not been made, the order will be canceled and refunded with a 15% restocking fee.
When will my order be ready for in-store pickup?
Typically, orders are ready within 1-3 business days with the exception of backordered items. You will get notified when your order is ready for pickup. We will hold pickup orders for 4 business days. If orders are not picked up within that timeframe, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
